This is my favorite green smoothie that I take about 3-4 times in a week after my workout. I find that it’s a good meal replacement although I do always end up snacking after a while.
- 1 Cup of Baby Spinach
- 1/4 Cup of Blueberries
- Banana (most of the time I just use half)
- 1 Cup Almond Milk (I use the original Almond Breeze)
- 2 Scoops Protein Powder (I use Vital Proteins Collagen Whey Protein)
- 1 Tbsp Hemp Seed
- 1 Tbsp Wheatgrass Powder
- Dash of Cinnamon
- Dash of Nutmeg
